Alagappa University Karaikudi Tamil Nadu offers quality higher education via its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). The university invites students to pursue higher education with flexibility. As per UGC-DEB Regulations 2020, the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) was renamed CDOE. It now operates both Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and Online Learning (OL) wings. Alagappa University distance education was established in 1992 and provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
